- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely the worst law enforcement angencie in the souther part of California. I have made numerous non emergency calls for issues in my apartment complex and they answer 50% of the time. How is it that a public safety agency could allow that? Most recently I called for a noise complaint that was waking up my entire complex and no one ever showed up. I called back twice and the dispatch said "the call was put in, they will be there when they can." That is unacceptable.By spartacus212, May 28, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was wrongfully detained today. Handcuffed to the point of injury. Denied my right to know reason for pullover, denied right to have superior officer observe.
