  Randy Walton instills faith in the professionals that represent our legal system. He not only took his time to hear our story, answer questions, ask questions to fully understand the circumstances, and then immediately went to work on my son's behalf. You know right away that he cares about his clients best interest and it is not just about billable hours. He was very genuine and kept us informed every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with his service to my family during a time when we really didn't know which direction to turn. He unraveled the unknown and the path became so clear.   I was rear-ended recently and understandably pretty upset as I had just purchased a new vehicle. I was extremely nervous as the driver was a younger gentleman and admittedly driving his parent's car. I was unsure if his insurance would cover the damages, he caused. A friend had recommended a firm she had used previously. I called Walton Law Firm and they were so helpful in explaining the process and giving me some advice on how to handle it on my own. I didn’t need to hire them for this accident, but if I need an attorney in the future I know who to call!! I spoke at length with Sarah, one of their paralegals, who was wonderful. She walked me off the ledge and couldn't have been a better person to speak with. Thank you, thank you!

  Randy Walton at Walton Law Firm is phenomenal! My minor son received a serious injury at a sports practice. After a year of stress and worry during his recovery and wondering how to cover financially any future medical needs due to his injury, Randy Walton came highly recommended to me by a friend. I immediately called Walton Law Firm and my first contact was with Sarah Earnest, Randy's legal assistant. She immediately put me at ease listening to my concerns and set up an initial consultation with Randy. I soon met and talked with Randy, voicing all my questions and concerns for my son. After I left that consult, I knew I was in the best possible place I could be to find legal help for my son. Throughout the whole process of reaching a settlement for my son's medical needs, Randy was always there to answer my questions, listen to my concerns, advise and guide me on every legal step in my son's case.   Randy, you were truly there for me and my wife after my motorcycle accident. We enjoyed stopping by just to say hi to you. You gave us unlimited time and we enjoyed talking about things other than my case. You got me 100% of what I was entitled to and it was a win-win for both of us.
