- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was very pleased with all of the staff, they were all very helpful and courteous. I always had someone in the office to speak with at all times of the day. All of my phone calls were returned at a timely manner. The staff always made me feel like I was their number one priority at all times. I really appreciated how quickly my case was settled. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I was in a bad car accident on June 27 2013 and I was blessed not to be killed. A dump truck came into my lane taking out my rear wheel, I rolled 2 1/2 times and flipped once. Despite the police report stating it was the dump trucks fault, PROGRESSIVE claimed 25% of the fault. GEICO paid for everything and My health insurance covered everything else. The money was not the goal, the goal was to have PROGRESSIVE admit to what the police report stated and to pay for the accident. I had to get a lawyer and chose REEVES law group who handled everything and in the end PROGRESSIVE paid for all of the damage and medical costs along with money to me for time and effort. It was sad that it had to go this route but I am glad REEVES law group handled the case. If there was any down side to this it would be the time it takes for resolution and the not knowing the process. I would recommend REEVES law group and thankful I had a guardian angel.
